Christmas Lights Near Fenton, Arnold, and Festus: A Night in Eureka

Santa’s Magical Kingdom in Eureka gives Fenton, Arnold, and Festus families a Christmas outing they can shape around a school night. Drive through millions of lights, then add the stops your children want most.

Quick Answer: For Christmas lights near Fenton, take I-44 west to Exit 261 in Eureka. Our drive-through show opens nightly at 5:30 p.m., November 20 through January 3. Family-vehicle admission is $35 Sunday through Friday or $40 Saturday, including tax.

Start with our visitor information and entrance directions. After choosing the evening, you can arrange a personalized Santa letter for each child to enjoy at home.

Christmas Lights Near Fenton: Follow the Westbound Route to Eureka

Our Kingdom is at Jellystone Park St. Louis Eureka. The destination is in Eureka, so plan the journey from your own starting address rather than treating this as a display inside Fenton.

How Do We Get to Santa’s Magical Kingdom From Fenton?

Use I-44 west toward Eureka, then follow our published exit directions:

  1. Leave I-44 at Exit 261.
  2. Turn right at the first traffic light after the exit.
  3. Turn left onto Fox Creek Road at the next stoplight.
  4. Continue to the Kingdom entrance on your right.

Save the map before setting out, and let a passenger handle navigation. You won’t need to piece together several residential addresses to reach the show.

What Changes for Families From Arnold or Festus?

For Christmas lights near Arnold with optional activities at the same destination, plan your route to I-44 west first. Once there, use the Exit 261 steps above.

The same final approach works for families choosing Christmas lights near Festus. Your starting point changes the journey to I-44; it doesn’t change the westbound exit instructions.

Check a live map before leaving for the road conditions along your route. These directions explain the entrance approach, without promising how long the trip from your neighborhood will take.

Pacific Families Arrive From the Opposite Direction

Pacific is west of Eureka, so the eastbound approach uses different turns after Exit 261:

  1. Take Exit 261 from I-44 east.
  2. Turn left onto Six Flags Road.
  3. Turn left onto Fox Creek Road at the stoplight.
  4. Continue to the entrance on the right.

Our display offers Christmas lights near Pacific with the option to keep the outing entirely in your car. That can suit an evening when the children want something festive but you want fewer stops.

Keep this Eureka outing in mind alongside things to do in Pacific over the holidays. Choose a lights-only evening or include the store and an available ride, depending on the time your family has.

Use the eastbound instructions because they match your direction on I-44. Following another family’s westbound turns would put you on the wrong approach after the exit.

Give Your School-Night Visit a Clear Plan

Choose the night around the following morning’s commitments. If everyone needs an early start, aim for an early visit and decide on any extras before leaving home.

We open at 5:30 p.m. throughout the season. Closing is 10:30 p.m. through December 24 and 10:00 p.m. from December 25 through January 3. We recommend arriving at least 20 to 30 minutes before closing, with additional time for shopping.

That minimum arrival guidance doesn’t describe the length of your whole evening. Travel, queues, shopping, and any booked activity also need room in the plan. Work backward from when your family needs to be home.

Weekdays outside Christmas week generally bring fewer visitors than weekends. Saturdays in December before Christmas have historically been our busiest nights. Choosing a weekday can help with planning, although it doesn’t guarantee an empty entrance.

Before everyone gets in the car:

  • Settle dinner so nobody arrives hungry and expecting snacks to replace a meal.
  • Bring cash for admission and separate money for optional purchases.
  • Decide whether tonight includes shopping, Santa, or a reserved ride.
  • Check the forecast and our Christmas lights weather guidance for the format you’ve chosen.

Keep the first plan manageable. The drive can be the whole outing; you don’t have to include every activity to give the children a Christmas evening together.

Christmas Lights Near Fenton With One Price for the Family Vehicle

When choosing Christmas lights near Fenton for several children, a carload price gives you a clear starting budget. Standard admission covers the lights drive for the family vehicle rather than charging each passenger separately.

Vehicle Admission, Including Tax
Family vehicle, Sunday through Friday $35
Family vehicle, Saturday $40
12- to 15-passenger van, limo, transport van, or small bus $60

Pay cash at the exit ticket booth. An ATM is available inside Kringle’s General Store, but bringing admission money from home removes an extra task during the visit.

Keep your activity budget separate. Santa photos, food, gifts, and personalized letters are additional purchases. Rides have their own pricing and a vehicle-admission waiver for qualifying bookings.

The choice is yours: keep the evening to the lights drive or budget for a particular extra. Agree on that choice before the children start choosing treats and keepsakes.

Add One Stop Your Children Will Look Forward To

The lights are the main attraction. Animated scenes and tunnels give everyone something to watch from the car, while the optional stops let you build an evening around your family’s interests.

Choose an Early Train or an Operating Wagon Night

The Santa Express Train runs Monday through Thursday, November 23 through December 10, with departures at 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. Those early departures offer a fixed point around which to plan a school-night visit.

The train and shared Old Fashioned Holiday Wagon cost $18 per person. We waive vehicle admission when you reserve a train or wagon ride for at least two people. Wagon schedules include excluded dates, so choose from the current train and wagon availability.

Follow the reservation’s arrival instructions when setting your departure from home. The 5:30 p.m. ride has a 5:15 p.m. arrival time; other departures require arrival 30 minutes ahead.

Pick Up Cookies or Browse Kringle’s

The snack shack bakes Mrs. Claus’ chocolate chip cookies each evening and serves hot cocoa and coffee. A treat gives the children a stop to anticipate without adding another destination to your route.

Inside Kringle’s General Store, browse gifts, toys, apparel, and holiday decor. Our elves also hand-letter personalized ornaments. Decide whether you’re browsing for your own tree or buying for someone else before you start.

Include Santa Before His Final Photo Night

Our real-bearded Santa visits inside the store nightly from November 20 through December 23. Choose an evening within that window if meeting him is your child’s priority.

We text the finished professional photos to your phone. Check the Santa photo arrangements before promising a particular picture or planning your photo budget.

Give Each Child Their Own Message From Santa

One family outing can become several different memories. One child remembers the train; another talks about a tunnel all the way home. A letter from Santa gives each child a message built around their own year.

Our letter creator asks for a first name, age, current interests, and something that made you proud. It also includes an optional best friend or sibling field. Use separate details for each child rather than copying the same information into every order.

For example, one child’s proud moment might involve reading independently, while another’s involves trying a new activity. Keep each message centered on that child, even when you add a sibling’s name.

You can choose Santa’s tone and review the letter preview before checkout. Select from the digital or mailed delivery options currently offered, and check the order details for your preferred format.

Admission doesn’t include a personalized letter. An adult orders separately and supplies the details. Create a Santa letter for each child to give everyone something addressed to them after the shared outing.

Choose Your Night, Then Plan the Personal Follow-Up

For Christmas lights near Fenton, start with your date and the correct I-44 approach to Exit 261. Keep a school-night visit focused on the drive and the extra your children care about most.

Plan your family’s Kingdom visit with the current hours, admission, and map. Then personalize each child’s message from Santa with details that make this Christmas their own.
